Cingular is not raising the bar
Before you send me an electronic bill, make sure your fucking website is working. This is what happened when I clicked Make Payment:
This goes for you too, Comcast. That Web2.0ish site don’t impress me if it don’t work.

I had similar problems with Sprint, as I documented.
Yet, for as many problems as I’ve had with them, I have still yet to switch to anyone else.
PS - Did you see that Cingular will soon be renamed AT&T?

I did see the AT&T thing. Actually, all in all, Cingular has been pretty good to me.

It will be interesting to see what errors come from the wipeout of the Cingular name and replacement with AT&T… um, at&t. It’s always fun to find rebranding errors!
Personally I won’t miss the Cingular name - I never liked it.
