Jack tagged me. He probably knows I hate memes, but I suspect this is part of a diabolical plan to appeal to my grotesquely self-indulgent nature, compelling me to write about myself and consequently look like a hypocrite.
His plan worked.

- I have never seen The Wizard of Oz (or a ton of other seminal films, for that matter).
- I’m having a hard time thinking of something interesting.
- I don’t own a sweater. I might buy one of those.

Tom, even though we’ve never actually met face-to-face, I consider you a friend. And I mention this because way too many of my friends, like you, have never seen such films as Star Wars or Alien or The Godfather, and now The Wizard of Oz. What the hell is wrong with you people?

To be fair, I have seen the first 3 (and all 3 Godfather movies).
I have a couple of problems when it comes to movies:
(a) I haven’t seen many old movies (”old” being before I was 10, of course).
(b) I often end up not seeing popular modern movies when they come out because I am relentlessly anti-popular things (even though that doesn’t really make any sense).
(c) I don’t see chick flicks.
(d) I hate celebrities.
