Does anyone else think dried pitted prunes are good? You ought to give them a whirl. More tart than raisins, bigger, softer, and better on sandwiches when accompanied by peanut butter.
how can you tell the difference between a date tree and a fig tree before it produces fruit? just curious as i am on my way to pick one up, and the person doesnt know what one it is. please, could anyone help me?? muchly appreciated. thanks

Fig is a deciduous tree with big leaves. we had one in California. I bore fruit like crazy.
Date is a Palm tree “Date Palm”. It likes dry Arid regions.
