New
Yes, you’re right. Things do look a bit different around here.
Almost three years ago, I said hello to Movable Type. Today, I emphatically say goodbye. I also say goodbye to DreamHost. Today, I welcome two new friends to my life: WordPress and Pair Networks. I’m expecting a lot from both.
A huge rant is on the horizon, the sound and fury of which may well be unpredecented on the jotsheet. But for now, I’ll just say: things are new.
Basically, I’ve put this here so you can congratulate me. Get to it.

I’m only commenting here so that Fire Fox caches my name and email for future comments. Can’t wait for the impending rant of rants. (Also, you need to bring back the personal quick-stats)

WordPress? Why not Drupal?

When do I get my share of the coffee lottery?

Spudart: I have experience with WP (and a little with Drupal), and feel like Drupal is better for community-type websites while WP is better for a personal blog. Either is a massive improvement over MT.

I love it! Looks very clean.
I haven’t talked to you in forever!

Oooo, pretty. Cleaner, more professional… but still a bit plain. It needs something.

Been lurking forever. WP is a fantastic engine. Suits a fantastic website like yours, don’t you think?

I’m a fan. Is this an appropriate place to type 1?

I meant plus one. Why won’t your website let me post the plus? Guess it sucks. Doomed to internet obscurity, you are a WWW failure. Sorry, Tom.

Weird error! I’ll have to look into that “plus 1″ business.. probably has something to do with the variables passed in the URL..

So how much work was it really?
August 25th, 2006 at 2:23 am
A lot of work because Movable Type is an abomination.
