Blog authors: make it easy to contact you!
My #1 pet peeve for blogs: no easy way to contact the author.
No e-mail address in the RSS. No contact form in the sidebar. No mailto in the “View Source” (not that I would recommend having one’s email address in plain text).
Or the link might be there, but it’s buried under a blogroll 400 links long and a bulleted archive of posts back to June of 1999. Maybe the author has decided to rename “contact me” something creative (and therefore hard-to-find).
I’ve even had to resort to a whois lookup to find some folks! (He actually apologized.)
