Defending her character against commercial exploitation, Tara Reid sues.
As your authoritative source for all things “tara reid boob”-related, I’m passing along word (a month and a half late) that Ms. Reid will not tolerate companies commercially profiting from her gelatinous breast mass. The actress, after all, has standards. Moral ones. And she’s prepared to defend those morals in a lawsuit against a Las Vegas condo company.
In the February issue of “Vegas” magazine, a full page ad appears for Sky Las Vegas Condominiums. The ad carries the message: “Dear Tara Reid, come let it all hang out.” In a lawsuit obtained by “CJ” Tara claims the company used her name without permission, and “defamed” her because the ad “ridiculed” the “unfortunate event”… “in which the strap of Plaintiff’s dress accidentally fell down, exposing her breast…” …
Her lawsuit is as ferocious as her alien-fighting in her current movie. The lawsuit claims the condominium ad implied that Tara was “sexually lewd and/or immoral.” The lawsuit says the ad caused her “humiliation,” “embarrassment,” and “mental anguish.” She is seeking unspecified damages.
I think I’m supposed to put a joke here, but it really seems too easy.

I’ve always thought that any lawsuit containing the phrase “mental anguish” should be thrown out immediately.
