Rid of a headache
You’d be hard-pressed to find another person as happy as I was this morning to give away his car. After hassling with the Secretary of State to get a duplicate title, paying tickets on it for street cleaning, being unable to transfer my license plates or Evanston sticker to my new car, and having the car towed by AAA (and then not being able to start it for 45 minutes)—all over an arduous period of about two months—I was finally able to dump it.
