BLASTER! Cool name for a virus (er.. worm)! Or something. Well, TMS got hit yesterday, so we kinda putzed around in the afternoon. I wonder what the total lost productivity and lost money was from the outbreak. Hm, yes, I wonder. Oh well, on to other things.
Ben claims he gets more spam than anyone else, so he was kind enough to send me a screenshot of his webmail inbox. Nicely done there, Cherry. Way to protect that e-mail addy from harvesting!
Let’s see. Life’s busy. I went home this past weekend and enjoyed it quite a bit; I’d have to say it was one of my better trips home in the past few years. I got along with the whole family and wasn’t excessively bored or unproductive. Also, I think my relationship with my niece is improving, which I’m very relieved about. Plus, I went to my first Bears game! Preseason, yeah, but it was still the Bears! They won on a last-second field goal by Paul Edinger. Nicely done, Paul. (Paul gets the award for most underrated kicker in the League.)
And UGH! Getting an apartment and insurance provider and broadband provider and phone hook-up and cable/satellite TV and researching it all and getting the best deal and considering how much money I have and trying to account for all my expenses? WHEW! Just tell me what to do…
