bleh. leaving papers to the last minute is not a good idea. i worked on my two 5 page papers — one in Philosophy and one in Culture and Society — until about 2:00am last night. then i got up and edited them for another 45 minutes. the Culture and Society paper was, in particular, a steaming load of dog crap.
oh, and classes. remember, i have to take those? and i guess that before you take classes, you’re supposed to register for them. somehow, this small detail eluded my comprehension until i heard a sophomore complaining about his crappy registration time. oops. i guess that means that i registered with the sophomores, or possibly the freshmen, last night at about 2:30 am.
tonight: the first real Illini basketball game!

heh. back from the stupid Party o’ Liberals, pretty tipsy. don’t usually update the site in the this state, but oh well! i guess i’ve been reduced to role-playing in recent weeks to compensate for the boring NU parties. not that i’m a party animal, but it just seems like things around here are pretty tame. oh well.
Illinois beat Gonzaga tonight. i wasn’t nearly as into the game as i usually get — i think it’s because i’m still in football mode. we’ll see how good they are… i’m not sure about the #2/#3 ranking. Gonzaga is a good team, and they beat them solidly, but they also looked sloppy.
tomorrow: Ohio State in football. too bad about the DUI, Bellisari!
